An agency
An agency delivers artefacts. The work ends when the file is handed over, and the firm that commissioned it is exactly as capable as it was before.
Zyrn is an org-engineering firm. It installs the operating core of a business — people, structure, and intelligence as one system — and the engagement closes when that core runs without us.
The distinction is not vanity. It decides what gets handed over at the end, and whether the firm is any more capable than it was at the start.

A consultancy delivers advice. It leaves after the deck, and the recommendation starts degrading the moment it meets an operating model nobody changed.
Zyrn installs the system and stays until it runs. What gets handed over is capability — the team ships without us, which is the only exit worth writing into a contract.
Zyrn exists to raise what a business is capable of — its structure, its surface, its decisions, and the intelligence running underneath all three. Every engagement opens on a readiness number and closes on a higher one. If the number has not moved, the engagement has not worked. That is a shared position, not a disclaimer.
Size is not the qualifier. A four-person firm with a decision it cannot make is a harder problem than a four-hundred-person firm with a process it has outgrown — and both are the work.
He leads a team of engineers, strategists, and designers, and works inside the firms he serves rather than alongside them — accountable to their outcomes rather than to a scope of work. It is the reason the work tends to arrive as something the firm had not thought to ask for.
Measurement and change, held by the same person: the first tells a business where its ceiling actually is, the second is what moves it. Most firms buy those two things separately and then wonder why they never meet.
Four engagements a quarter. The constraint is deliberate — the work requires staying.
