Four lines.
One system.
Each line is a complete engagement on its own, with its own diagnostic and its own deliverable. Each one is also built to be load-bearing for the other three — which is the difference between a firm that buys advice and a firm that owns an operating core.
One system, before it is four lines. Everything Zyrn runs is a partition of the same operating core, which is why the lines share a diagnostic, a vocabulary, and a measurement layer.
The four lines
Ordered by how visible the change is, which is the reverse of how structural it is.
Website design
The surface is the instrument a firm gets judged by before anyone speaks to it. Built as a system, held to a performance budget, and handed over so the team can extend it without calling us.
Brand kit
A brand is a set of decisions, written down. Documented to the value rather than to the mood, so anyone can apply it without asking which of the founders to ask.
Business structuring
Decision rights before org charts. Where authority actually sits, what it owns, and which incentives are quietly working against the thing the firm says it wants.
AI adoption & transformation
Adoption is an operating-model problem wearing a technology costume. The model gets rebuilt first and the tooling follows it, which is why the order matters more than the vendor.
What a combination covers
Select lines. Coverage combines as a union, not a sum — two lines that each half-cover a dimension do not add up to all of it.
Select a line.
OpenHow every line runs
The same three phases, whichever lines are engaged. Measured at each one.
Diagnose
Four to six weeks. What the firm claims, what it can show, and the distance between the two. Ends in a written position, not a deck.
Build
One to two quarters. The system is documented as it is built, so the deliverable is the documentation rather than a report about it.
Calibrate
Ongoing, and optional. Everything is versioned like software, because that is what an operating model is.
Advice, or
an operating core.
Start with the diagnostic. It is the only way to know which lines you actually need, and it is the cheapest thing here.
