Four lines.
One system.

Each line is a complete engagement on its own, with its own diagnostic and its own deliverable. Each one is also built to be load-bearing for the other three — which is the difference between a firm that buys advice and a firm that owns an operating core.

One system, before it is four lines. Everything Zyrn runs is a partition of the same operating core, which is why the lines share a diagnostic, a vocabulary, and a measurement layer.

The four lines

Ordered by how visible the change is, which is the reverse of how structural it is.

What a combination covers

Select lines. Coverage combines as a union, not a sum — two lines that each half-cover a dimension do not add up to all of it.

How every line runs

The same three phases, whichever lines are engaged. Measured at each one.

PHASE 01

Diagnose

Four to six weeks. What the firm claims, what it can show, and the distance between the two. Ends in a written position, not a deck.

PHASE 02

Build

One to two quarters. The system is documented as it is built, so the deliverable is the documentation rather than a report about it.

PHASE 03

Calibrate

Ongoing, and optional. Everything is versioned like software, because that is what an operating model is.

Advice, or
an operating core.

Start with the diagnostic. It is the only way to know which lines you actually need, and it is the cheapest thing here.
